On Thursday, February 6th, five classes from grade 13 headed to Amerikahaus München for a late morning theatre performance. The play, The Great Gatsby, was put on by just five actors, who each played multiple roles, switching between them with costume changes. Their interactions with the audience were funny and seemed spontaneous (though they were probably well rehearsed), which really added to the fun atmosphere. The seamless mix of acting and singing gave the show an extra boost of energy. The language was clear and easy to follow, making it an enjoyable experience for everyone. A big thanks to the American Drama Group for a super entertaining 1.5 hours.
